The County of Santa Clara ("the County") is requesting bids from prospective vendors to provide an Above Ground Fuel Storage Tank, Bay City Electric Works UL142 Listed, Double Walled, Above Ground, Diesel Fuel Storage Tank, Model #: FS20-10400 or Approved Equal as specified in this Invitation To Bids (ITB).

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled. Participation is highly recommended.

This solicitation will result in a one-time purchase order to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.

Brand and model for an Above Ground Fuel Storage Tank is provided as reference. The County will consider approved equals.

Bid Prices should NOT include sales tax and other government imposed and established fees as the County will
calculate applicable taxes and fees upon award.

The following document(s) must be submitted to the Procurement Officer within 3 days of notification of an
intent to award to the apparent successful Bidder:

-Insurance certificate(s) in compliance with the County Insurance Requirements
