The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease airport property for navigational aid sites (ADA-09614 MOA), at Bethel Airport for 20 years. Applicant: U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration. Annual rent: Free. Authorized uses Aeronautical – operation, and maintenance of localizer right of way, two REIL’s, two VASI’s, Glide Slope, MALSR, NASEB and a cable Right-of-Way supporting these navaids.This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease without competition. Written comments or objections must be received by 4:30 p.m., February 21, 2024, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
