The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1 Job Gas Generator Surveillance Testing in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.This requirement is sole sourced to General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS), 6658 Route 148, Marion IL 62959-6389 as the only vendor able to provide this service for this requirement due to General Dynamics is the only contractor tooling, testing orifices, which are proprietary, prior test data for maintaining consistency, and production expertise to manufacture and test the Gas Generators. The contractor must have energetic handling capability within explosive capable facilities. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any form believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this
notice, which shall be considered by the agency.
