You are instructed to pay special attention to the RFSQ language regarding the information to be submitted with your SOQ, the format of that information. Evaluation of the SOQs received will be in accordance with the evaluation criteria contained herein. All questions MUST be submitted through Periscope S2G (formerly known as Bidsync) during the designated time for questions (“Q&A period”) listed on Periscope S2G (formerly known as Bidsync). Questions submitted through any other channel will not be answered.

Questions may be answered in the order that they are submitted or may be compiled into one document and answered via an addendum. Answers disseminated by JSD through the Periscope S2G (formerly known as Bidsync) system shall serve as the official and binding position of JSD and will constitute an addendum to this RFSQ.
