This solicitation may result in multiple award contracts to qualified

Responders. The State anticipates the resulting contracts will be for an initial term of two years beginning January 1, 2025, with the option to extend up to an additional three years in increments determined by the State. Cost proposal instructions: responders must enter a price of $.01 in the Price per Unit field for Line 1 in order to submit a response to the RFP. Responders must also complete and upload all required documentation. THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No Non-electronic or email responses will be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. Your bid is not submitted until you select the ‘Submit Bid’ button. You will receive a confirmation message when your bid has been submitted. Print and save your confirmation.
