href="mailto:cityclerk@wlv.org">cityclerk@wlv.org Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily construct asphalt cold milling, asphalt-rubber hot mix overlay (with high tensile fiber additive), AC pavement repair, tree root repairs, utility cover adjustments, ADA ramps, pavement delineation, traffic signal loop detectors and related items of work, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. Other Details Bidders may obtain free copies of the bid solicitation package and any addenda online by visiting the City of Westlake Village Vendor Portal, hosted by PlanetBids (https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/59523/portal-home). Only those bidders who have registered as a vendor and are included in and appear on the prospective bidders list may submit a bid.
