Honeywell Air Turbine Starter

STATEMENT OF WORKCT7 Engine Starter 1.0  BACKGROUND:  The Navy utilizes a test cell, in the Propulsion Systems Evaluation Facility (PSEF), Building 2360 at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division in Patuxent River, MD, for the test and evaluation (T&E) of T700 and CT7 turbo shaft gas turbine engines.  The test cell uses an air turbine starter system to operate T700 and CT7 engines. Currently PSEF test cell Room 122 owns one air turbine starter that can be used to operate T700 engines.  Due to the upgrades in room122 to set up for the execution of T700 and CT7 engine test, there is a need to acquire an additional air turbine starter to support CT7 operations.  This is needed to support the PMA-274 CT7 program, which requires the test cell to have a configuration to operate CT7 engines. 2.0  SCOPE:  Procure a Honeywell Air Turbine Starter P/N: 3505974-2 to support CT7 engine testing in PSEF’s room 122. 3.0  REQUIREMENTS:·         One Honeywell Air Turbine Starter P/N:
