Dynamometer Core Replacement for EPA NVFEL

Description The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory (NVFEL), Ann Arbor, Michigan. The basic requirement of this procurement is to provide a replacement chassis dynamometer core, including electronic drive, upgraded low friction bearings, and full function control software, that is a direct drop-in replacement for the existing dyno pit and fully configured to integrate with existing test cell instrumentation allowing for only minor facility changes.
