Kitsap County’s Emergency Operations Center’s Joint Information Center (KCEOC JIC) Request for Proposals (RFP) invites Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified individuals, firms and organizations who can provide professional marketing services for the Kitsap County’s marketing campaign for Covid-19 recovery (Project). The successful consultant is expected to enter into a professional services contract with Kitsap County. The parties to the contract will negotiate a detailed scope of work, budget, and schedule. behavior changes necessary to contain COVID-19.
