(local time) on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 for this project.BID NO.: DOT-RFP-21-8001-RMSCOPE OF SERVICES: This is an Indefinite Quantity Agreement which retains the Vendor to provide full armored car and depository banking services for the toll revenue collections from the toll plazas located in the Central Florida Region. It is anticipated that the term of the Contract will begin on November 1, 2020 and be effective for five (5) years thereafter.Proposer’s Qualifications:GeneralThe Department will determine whether the Proposer is qualified to perform the services being contracted based upon their proposal demonstrating satisfactory experience and capability in the work area. The Proposer shall identify necessary experienced personnel and facilities to support the activities associated with this proposal.The Proposer shall meet the following minimum qualifications:• Have been actively engaged in the type of business being requested for a minimum of five (5) years.• Shall be a “Qualified Public Depository” under Florida Security for Public Deposits Act (Chapter 280, Florida Statutes)Qualifications of Key PersonnelThose individuals who will be directly involved in the project should have demonstrated experience in the areas delineated in the scope of work. Individuals whose qualifications are presented will be committed to the project for its duration unless otherwise accepted by the Department's Project Manager. Where State of Florida registration or certification is deemed appropriate, a copy of the registration or certificate should be included in the proposal package.The Department will review carefully to determine if the Vendor is responsive, responsible and qualified in the area of work contemplated by this Contract.All Bidders, Proposers, and Respondents must be registered in the State of Florida’s MyFloridaMarketPlace system. The Transaction Fee imposed shall be based upon the date of issuance of the payment.Scrutinized Companies Lists:Section 287.135, Florida Statutes, prohibits a company from bidding on, submitting a proposal for, or entering into or renewing a contract for goods or services of any amount if, at the time of contracting or renewal, the company is on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, created pursuant to Section 215.4725, Florida Statutes, or is engaged in a boycott of Israel.
