The general scope of work includes replacement and/or repair of original HVAC Equipment in the Mechanical Room and associated pad outside to provide the independent control of 3 separate zones within the facility using the existing remote desktop control system. Services include architectural and engineering (structural, mechanical, and electrical), cost estimating, applicable hazmat/environmental, and IBC services related to planning, design, and construction administration assistance. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated initial period for performance of the Agreement is approximately February 2024 to August 2025. Initial cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $150,000 to $200,000.
