This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for External Laboratory Audits in accordance with the attached synopsis/solicitation.The synopsis/solicitation reference number is 140G0223Q0112 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition.This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.The associated NAICS code is 541614.
