The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting prospective proponents to submit detailed and comprehensive proposals from qualified and capable Design-Build teams to provide full and complete design and all labour,

materials and performance of all work necessary to construct:Approximately 3660m, of a 3m wide multi-use trail, including off-Site reuse and disposal of surplus excavated soils/materials.Supply and installation of trail furnishings; Benches, Waste Receptacles, Bike Rack c/w concrete pads on a gravel base, as per City Standards.Roadway entrance gates, as per City Standards.Assessable curb ramp improvements and sidewalk improvements.Minor drainage improvements.as further described in the RFP documents.  Bid Document Access:  Bid Opportunity notices and awards and a free preview of the bid documents is available on this site free of charge without registration.
