Radio Communications Project Manager Consultant Only Manual Bids Allowed

Notice Summary
Marion County Public Works Department, hereafter called "County," is seeking the services of a qualified Project Manager to administer and oversee two (2) capital improvement projects to develop County's county-wide public safety radio and Public Works UHF radio systems. The County is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants, hereafter called "proposer(s)," with demonstrated experience in radio systems planning, procurement, integration, commissioning, training and governance, and proposes to engage the successful Proposer for the following services:

1. Oversee and manage the design and planning of County's county-wide public safety radio and Public Works UHF radio projects, currently under development,
2. Assist County in the development of radio system governance and financial management documents and processes,
3. Oversee County's consultants and Project Development Team (PDT) assigned to the project(s),
4. Assist County in the administration of a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) assigned to the project(s), and
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external project
