U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires a contractor to provide janitorial services for the government owned facilities at services for Locks and Dams #1, #2, and #3 (William O Huske Lock and Dam) on the Cape Fear River located in Bladen County, North Carolina. Evaluation and Award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award shall be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.  See solicitation provision 52.212-2.Each offeror must submit both a Price Quote and a Technical Proposal via EMAIL to alicia.g.evans@usace.army.mil and melissa.k.koehn@usace.army.mil.  No hard paper copies will be accepted or evaluated.
