intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to REMIX TECHNOLOGIES, LLC (Remix) for the renewal of their proprietary Remix software licenses. The Remix software modules included in the renewal are displayed below: Remix Transit Planning Platform Remix On-Demand Planning Platform Remix Street Design Platform Remix software modules are used to help aid in the route design, census data analysis and public engagement process as well as assist in fulfilling federal requirements for transit service changes such as conducting a Title VI analysis. REMIX TECHNOLOGIES, LLC is the manufacturer and sole provider of the Remix software platform, and are the only source for setup and customization, training, and customer support services for the Remix software.
