ADHS is issuing a RFP for Arizona State Laboratory Courier Services. The successful contractor shall be a qualified courier service that can legally transport clinical laboratory and environmental specimen(s) – infectious and non-infectious, reports, supplies, newborn screening cards, and other materials, as designated herein; from multiple hospitals and other facilities in Arizona and County Health Departments (Facilities) throughout the State.
