The Town of Hampstead (hereinafter called the Town) invites bids on the paving of Lare Street and the Public Works parking lots located at 4031 Gill Ave. and 1000 S. West Ave. Bids will be received by the Town at the Town of Hampstead Office located at 1034 South Carroll Street, Hampstead, Maryland 21074, until April 5, 2024 at 11:00 am., all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Envelopes containing the bids must be sealed, addressed to the Town Manager, and designated as Bid TOH-PAV-FY24-04.
