NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is seeking sealed proposals for the following work as specified:
  FIRE RESCUE STATION 30
RFP NUMBER:  2020-012
CITY OF LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA
 The City of Lauderhill will be accepting sealed bids up to 9:45 A.M.  EST, on February 5, 2020, in the City Clerk’s Office, 5581 West Oakland Boulevard, Suite 421, Lauderhill, Florida 33313 and will be opened at 10:00 A.M. in Room 401. Bids received after 9:45 A.M. will not be considered and will be returned unopened.  
 The intent of this project is the construction of a new a new building facility for Fire Station No. 30. The facility will be located at 4043 NW 16 th Street, Lauderhill, FL 33313. 
 The proposed building has been programmed to house the following:
 The gross areas are as follows:
 Apparatus Bay= 2,507.10 sq. ft.
Total = 9,553.97     sq. ft.
 The building will include 2-double deep bays for fire and rescue trucks, the related rooms required

to accommodate the living quarters for staff of 7, offices, storage rooms, watch room, as well as related facilities such as, parking lot, interior driveways, perimeter wall, access gates, a fuel station, emergency generator and connection to all public utilities.
