Green Mountain Conservation Camp Food Service and Cleaning

Green Mountain Conservation Camp (GMCC) offers hands-on learning experiences about fish, wildlife, ecology, botany, forestry, hunter firearm safety, outdoor first aid, and so much more. GMCC offers opportunities for hiking, canoing, fishing, archery, .22 rifle and shotgun shooting, orienteering, and other fun activities. Campers have a unique opportunity to meet Vermont State Game Wardens, foresters, fisheries and wildlife biologists, and others who work in the outdoors. Youth between 12 - 16 years old stay from Sunday - Friday on a weekly basis for nine weeks from mid-June to mid- August. Food service includes three meals a day for about 60 campers, 10 staff, and 5 guests. Cleaning includes the kitchens, education centers, and bathroom
