Commercial Mobile Satellite Communications Capability

"The United States Government requires commercial mobile satellite communications capability for temporary use at multiple locations during an upcoming summer exercise.  Required services must include lease of two small "footprint" hardware (satellite terminals), dedicated commercial satellite service at a bandwidth rate of 8 Mbps downlink and 2 Mbps uplink.  Both devices will be used during a period of one week simultaneously in Germany. The devices will then be used simultaneous during period of one week each in Albania and Hungary.  The four total weeks of service will be required.  The hardware and service solution must be capable of supporting enough bandwidth commensurate with passing email, web and VoIP network traffic.  Service must also include remote 24/7 helpdesk and technical support.  Exact locations and dates will be provided by the
