PURPOSE: The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses a for a wide variety of non-disposable food service supplies and kitchen equipment to be used by State agencies and Cooperative Purchase Venture (CPV)

Member’s personnel The awarded contract(s) resulting from the Solicitation will be used to replenish the current kitchen inventory and add new like products to the customers’ inventory. Orders will be placed on as needed basis. The primary users of the contract are Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) and Department of Human Services (DHS). The State intends to limit the award to 3 highest scored Responders. Orders may be placed on as-needed basis and the quantities may vary. CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $250,000.00 to $300,000.00. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months in increments determined by the State.
