Purchase of Mobile & Portable Radios Compatible with the Alberta First Responders Radio Communication System (AFRRCS) Project Description :This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Strathmore (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Portable and Mobile Radios compatible with the Alberta First Responders Radio Communication System (AFRRCS). The Portable and Mobile Radios compatible with AFRRCS are defined in the Contract Documents as the “Radios” and must include all costs needed for operational use of the “Radios” to be delivered to the Town.
