19-074 Indoor Practice Facility Lighting Upgrades

INVITATION TO BID #19-074 Indoor Practice Facility Lighting Upgrades University of Wyoming Operations, Facilities Engineering Office, will accept bids submitted through the Public Purchase website, until 10:00 a.m. May 3, 2019, for the Indoor Practice Facility Lighting Upgrades. A public bid opening will be held at that time in Conference Room 130 of the Service Building on the University of Wyoming’s Laramie campus. Project Description: Replacement of existing high-bay type indoor sports lighting fixtures with LED fixtures. The estimated project completion date is July 31, 2019. An Optional Pre-Bid meeting, including a walk-through, will be held April 25, 2019, at 8:30 a.m., University of Wyoming Indoor Practice Facility, 22nd and Willett Streets, University of Wyoming, Laramie, WY 82071. Bid documents are available by logging on to Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com Only bids submitted electronically through the Public Purchase site and on University of Wyoming forms will be considered. Each base bid over $150,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder, as Principle, and a satisfactory surety company, executed in favor of the Owner in the amount of 5% of the maximum amount of the bid. Bid Bond shall be accompanied by a certified copy of Power of Attorney, and be signed or countersigned by an agent of the bonding company. No other form of Bid surety will be accepted.
