This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking eligible contractors to provide the following services: Convene two multitasker Technical Expert Panels (TEPs) one focusing on access to primary care and one focusing on access to mental health care Perform environmental scans for performance measures, measures under development, and measure concepts related to same-day access for both primary care and behavioral health services; and Develop a measurement framework for same-day access, including specific considerations for primary care and mental health All responsible sources may identify their interest.
