Nueces County is requesting Grant Administrative & Project Management – Community Development Block Grant – Mitigation (CDBG-MIT). In accordance with the Specifications and other Contract Documents prepared by the County. The Consultant shall furnish pre-funding and post-funding grant administrative and project management services to complete the disaster mitigation projects. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to enter into a contract that will fulfill State and Federal Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (“CDBG-MIT”) statutory responsibilities related to recovery in connection with any federally declared disaster. Respondents may be qualified to provide Grant Administration services for housing projects, non-housing projects, or both. Grant administrative services must be performed in compliance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) and guidelines issued by the GLO. Release of funds will be contingent upon grant award from the GLO.
