This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board (SMCDSB) to prospective Applicants, to qualify in accordance with the RFSQ requirements, for future eligibility to provide Building Automation System Contracting Services for Capital Projects, routine repairs and renovations, and emergency requirements. Respondents selected as defined in the RFSQ document will become a Vendor of Record (VOR) for a period of three (3) years. It is the intent of SMCDSB to prequalify 2-3 vendors. The Board has fifty-two (52) locations throughout Simcoe County, the District of Muskoka, and the Town of Parry Sound, covering a geographical area from Bracebridge/Huntsville/Parry Sound to the north, Bradford/Tottenham to the south, Collingwood in the west and Brechin in the east.
