Furnish, Deliver and Install Pool Filter Media Replacement the GH20 Sports Hub Aquatic Center

The Village of Glendale Heights will receive sealed bids to Furnish, Deliver and Install Pool Filter Media Replacement the GH20 Sports Hub Aquatic Center for the Village of Glendale Heights, IL. Bids are due and will be opened and read aloud on the December 15, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. Local Time, at the Village Hall, 300 Civic Center Plaza, Floyd Brown Meeting Room, Glendale Heights, IL 60139. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security. A bid security shall be a Bid bond, certified check, bank draft, or cashier's check in an amount of 5% of the contract total. The successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory performance bond within ten (10) business days after notification of the bid award in an amount not to exceed one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price. The bond must be with a bonding company acceptable to the Village of Glendale Heights. Failure to furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond within the period specified shall be cause for rejection of the bid. The Bidder shall certify that it has and will comply with all laws relating to the payment of general prevailing wages in accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act The Bidding documents and Specifications for said services may be obtained and reviewed at the Office of the Purchasing Division, Finance Department 300 Civic Center Plaza, Glendale Heights, during regular business hours.
