Synopsis - INTENT TO Award to a Single Source Navajo Area Indian Health Services, Gallup Indian Medical Center, Gallup NM intends to award a single source purchase order to Advanced Sterilization Products, 33 Technology Drive, Irvine CA 92618 , under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1)(i) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold where the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available.NAICS code 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.  Period of performance shall be Base Year May 16, 2022 to May 15, 2023 and Option Year one May 16, 2023 to May 15, 2024.  This requirement provides services for the STERRAD 100S Sterilization System located at the Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, NM.  If your business can provide the services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to
