Allied Health Professional Education and Training Grant - 2020

2017 Wisconsin Act 59, § 1657D, Wis. Stat. 146.616, authorized the Department of Health Services (DHS) to distribute grants to health care consortia to establish education and training programs for allied health professionals. Up to $500,000 annually is allocated to support partnerships of hospitals, clinics, health organizations, and educational providers to develop programs to increase the availability of quality education and training opportunities for critical allied health positions in rural areas of the State.
