Peacham Town Hall Renovation - Request for Bids

•The Town of Peacham’s Selectboard is soliciting bids for renovations to the Town Hall Building. Bids are due by Wednesday, April 17. 2024. The work is to be completed in 2024. •The construction documents can be viewed and downloaded at the Town of Peacham website, peacham.org/renovation. Documents can also be viewed in the Town Clerk’s office during the Clerk’s business hours--8:30am to 4:30pm on Monday and from 8:30am to 2:30pm Tuesday through Thursday. •Prebid tours of the site will be held on Tuesday March 26, 2024, at 9:00am, and again on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 9:00am.
