NOTE: BID TIME IS 10:00 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Contract 1 Location: Mount Olive, North Carolina Engineer: Withers/Ravenel Bid Date: Thursday, 10/29/20 @ 10:00 am Dellinger, Inc. is soliciting bids from bonafide Minority, Women, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, and Small Business subcontractors and suppliers for the above referenced project and the listed disciplines below. Plans and specifications are available at the iSqFt, Dodge, and the link on the email below. For additional information on plans and specifications or any other items, please contact Marie Lathan, in our Monroe office by emailing marie@dellinger-inc.com or calling (704) 506-7273. Please respond by emailing, calling, faxing, or mailing your intentions to quote as soon as possible. The scope of supply should be received in our office no later than 24 hours prior to bid. Final pricing should be received a minimum of two (2) hours prior to

Please be aware that it is the standard policy of Dellinger, Inc. to require subcontractors to provide acceptable payment and performance bonds. However, we are willing to review each subcontract on a case by case basis. A valid insurance certificate will be required showing Dellinger, Inc. as an additional insured on a primary basis for general liability coverage for ongoing operations and for completed operations. Dellinger, Inc. has a quick pay policy once the work has been reviewed and approved by the Owner. The subcontractor shall comply with applicable safety laws, rules, and regulations (Federal, State, Municipal, etc.). NOTE: This project includes clearing, grubbing, removal and disposal of approximately 145.5 acres of existing hybrid sycamore crop, temporary erosion control measures and planting of irrigation fields with Coastal Bermuda grass crop (Sprigging).
