REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION RFQ# 2023-010 TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES The City of Lauderhill, Florida, hereinafter referred to as CITY, will be accepting sealed Request For Qualification (RFQ) in the office of the City Clerk, 5581 W. Oakland Park Blvd. Suite 421, Lauderhill, Florida 33313, for furnishing the services under the RFQ# 2023-010 Transcription Services as described in the categories/disciplines below. The intent of this RFQ is to assemble a list of Transcriptionist. The City will use successful firms from this list on an as needed basis. This library of firms will be utilized to perform services Citywide. All eligible Firms will be selected to be placed on the Approved Firm Roster. The Approved Firm Roster is for THREE (3) years from the date of award. The City reserves the right to renew eligibility for TWO (2) additional ONE (1) year periods based on the Firm’s acceptable level of performance. Contract Documents may be examined and obtained on and after January 12, 2023 at the

City’s website https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/. Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from sources other than the Finance Department are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete. Furthermore, all addendums will be posted and disseminated by the Finance/Purchasing Department via IonWave. One (1) unbound original, and one electronic in PDF format of the proposal must be submitted no later than 10:45 A.M. on February 14, 2023 in the City Clerk’s Office, City of Lauderhill, 5581 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Suite, 421 Lauderhill, Florida 33313, in a sealed envelopes bearing the words “Transcription Services, RFQ# 2023-010.
