These services will be requested on an “as-requested” or “as-needed basis”. The requested tasks may involve services for weather data collection, weather pattern recognition, and analysis to correlate the patterns to our local watersheds. This to assist with the understanding of local weather patterns which helps Valley Water make informed decisions regarding the potential impacts on the design of flood control projects, management and operations of reservoirs, and flood emergency response. Other Details Minimum Qualifications The following qualifications are the minimum required qualifications that a Proposer must meet for a proposal to be considered responsive: • The Proposer should have a clear knowledge and understanding of meteorology, ideally with respect to weather patterns and climatology that affect the western United States, specifically California.
