The 11th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland intends to award a simplified acquisition on a sole source basis to Warbird Radio LLC for air show announcing services in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) Only one responsible source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 711310, Promoters of Performing Arts, Sports, and Similar Events with Facilities, with a size standard of $32.5M. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose if determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in preparation of any capabilities statements or documents prepared for this notice.
