The district wishes to purchase 100,000 Adult sized KN95 Respirator Masks.  The masks must be currently located in warehouses in the United States. Masks must be individually wrapped. Must accept District POs. Must submit sample upon request. Must be able to deliver first week of February or upon mutually agreed upon date. Must submit response to all Pre-Qualifications. Please identify in your notes how quickly masks can be delivered.  The District reserves the right to award based on cost, delivery time frame, and quality of requested sample.  Please do not send sample unless expressly requested.
Added on Jan 14, 2022:Addition of Expiration information.  Please certify that they KN95 mask or alternate being submitted has listed on the packaging the expiration date and that the expiration date lasts at least through 2022.
