Applications for Recruiting Firms

The City of Santa Clara (“City”) is accepting applications from recruiting firms to assist City staff in the recruiting process for classified, unclassified, and sworn employees. Assignments may be for full cycle recruitments or referral-based recruitments. Please refer to Attachment A, Statement of Qualifications for a complete description of the required tasks for each option. The outcome of this SOQ process is to prequalify firms and enter into a signed master agreement with each firm for the City to utilize when a specific recruitment is identified. The complete scope and cost for a specific recruitment shall be negotiated and finalized by task order that will be issued by purchase order prior to the commencement of services.
