Bid Title:Invitation to Bid Demolition Services Category:ConstructionStatus:Open Description: The Town of Fuquay-Varina Board of Commissioners has authorized funding for a qualified contractor to demolish town-owned vacant commercial building structures located along N Main Street, E Academy Street, and N Fuquay Avenue in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. This project aims to prepare the sites for the development of a multi-story mixed-use development project in downtown Fuquay-Varina. The Town of Fuquay-Varina will use the process presented in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to select a qualified contractor to provide the demolition services requested. Professional services being requested include demolition, debris removal, and complete site cleanup.
