This solicitation is Part II of the pre-qualification of Contractors that was initiated as part of solicitation 23KP06Q . Part I has been completed and only those Contractors are invited to submit bids for construction and associated site improvements of the project to which they are authorized to bid. Final Contractor selection will be based on the lowest responsive

and responsible bid as submitted in Part II. The work includes the relocation of the main and attendance office areas, construction of the main entrance vestibule with controlled access into the school building, remodel of the existing classroom, office, and administration areas, site improvements adjacent to the new work at the existing building entrance, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. JSD reserves the right to waive or modify any of the foregoing requirements when it appears to be in their best interest to do so. Nothing contained herein shall relieve any Contractor from the obligation to comply with all other documents or requirements connected with the bidding process and awarding of the contract to the satisfaction of JSD .Added on Feb 21, 2023:The pre-qualified vendor list is incomplete.
