Solicitation Reference #: PA220956Title: UW Reading Landscape AnalysisAvailable Date: 7/15/2022Due Date: 8/11/2022 1:00:00 PMBid Synopsis: The State of Wisconsin, Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) on behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI), requests Bids for the purchase of conducting a statewide, multi-institutional study of early literacy courses in UW educator preparation programs. The study shall compare the programs of participating institutions against early reading practices identified in the National Reading Panel Report and subsequent updates of research by the Institute for Education Services. Each participating institution shall be provided with a confidential report that includes institution specific findings and recommendations. The DPI shall also receive an aggregate report about the overall effectiveness of UW educator preparation programs in the area of early literacy, along with recommendations for improving educator preparation program reading content and clinical experiences statewide.
