All submissions will need to supply costs for the above referenced part numbers. However, if a vendor believes they can quote the same services and products listed above through a different combination of part numbers, at a reduced rate, they have the option to do so. This would be considered an optional quote and it should be labeled as “Vendor Recommended Part Numbers – Cost Quote”. 2.4 The Court reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, submitted in response to this RFP. The Court further reserves the right to make no award and to modify or cancel, in whole or in part, this RFP. 3.0
