This property will be used for storage space. The University wishes to lease 40,000 to 50,000 square feet of space with up to one-half of it be high-bay space for storage. The facility should accommodate a system for the stacking of materials. Additionally, the space should have access to outside truck loading docks with dock shelters and dock levelers. The space is requested to be located within a maximum 3.5 miles from the ISU Quadrangle (see Attachment), however will consider other options located further.
