This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The solicitation number is 140P1418Q0129 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100, August 22, 2018. This is a total small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 337212 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. See the price schedule for a list of items.This project will create a concept floorplan for exhibits that efficiently use interior and exterior space in which to present the story of ancient Fossil Lake and contrast it with today's sage brush steppe

ecosystem. Selected interior exhibits from the plan will be designed, fabricated, and installed. The period of performance will start approximately October 29, 2018 and end June 30, 2020. All final documents and exhibits will have the following delivery, acceptance, and FOB point: Fossil Butte National Monument, 864 Chicken Creek Road, Kemmerer, WY 83101.The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and addenda are included in the solicitation body.The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items will not be utilized for this acquisition. Simplified Acquisition evaluation procedures as set forth by FAR Part 13 will be applied in the evaluation of offers received. Award shall be made to a responsible, responsive contractor in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. The technical and past performance portions of the offer shall be the most important factors in the evaluation of offers.
