1. BRIDGE Housing Corporation (“BHC” or “Sponsor”) is issuing the following RFP for General Contractor Services for a new construction project, Balboa Reservoir Building A. Building A is a new multifamily construction project that is envisioned to be a seven story building containing 159 affordable residential units, community spaces for resident use, and property management and services offices. The selected general contractor will contract directly with the Project Sponsor, whose General Partner will be a BRIDGE Housing Corporation affiliated entity. 2. The Development team is seeking statements of interest, qualifications, and proposals for General Contracting firms with background and experience in multi-family (Type I and Type V) construction. Prospective firms should offer a full range of technical services to be performed by staff with experience with this construction type, including but not limited to pre-construction services requested below. Implementation of BRIDGE’s

design and construction standards and specifications is an integral part of the general contractor services requested. The selected 3. 25% LBE/SBE is required for the entire Balboa Reservoir Master Plan and 25% LBE/SBE will be required for the RFQ-P. 4.
