DOC Electronic Health Record System Manual or Electronic Bids Allowed

Notice Summary
The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Administrative Service, Procurement Services (DAS PS), on behalf of the Oregon Department of Corrections Agency (DOC), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit information, including a non-binding price estimate, for Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions.
DOC is aware vendors may have recently responded to a similar RFI for the Washington State Department of Corrections, and the intent is that this RFI should not be duplicative. Vendors may choose to include their response to that RFI as part of their submission.

DOC is developing a strategy and roadmap to implement an EHR solution. With the new EHR, DOC seeks to automate the health records management of the dental, behavioral, pharmaceutical, treatment programs and medical care of the AIC population across the 14 housing facilities. The solution implemented will provide a comprehensive EHR that can be shared in a secure and integrated environment across all DOC healthcare delivery modalities.
