T. Lohmeyer WWTP Odor Control Improvements. The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to; demolition, replacement of odor control equipment, roof and pipe replacement, exterior painting, interior painting, lighting replacement, flooring replacement, kitchen and locker room remodeling, addition of walkable aluminum covers for wastewater channels and basins, concrete repair, fiberglass ductwork, electrical design and construction of new unitized substations and motor control centers, including all other aspects of the Project to fulfill the intent of the Project as described in the Design Criteria Package and all supporting documents.
