The County of Mercer seeks proposals from prequalified NJDOT consultants for Highway Design (H-1) and Traffic Engineering (T-1) to provide Preliminary Engineering Services for Improvements along the North Olden Avenue Extension (CR 622) from New York Avenue to Pennington Road (Route 31) through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
