INVITATION TO CONTRACTORS The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the following project: NEW LOA FISH HATCHERY – PHASE 1 SPRING DEVELOPMENT DIVISION OF WILDLIFE RESOURCES FREMONT, UTAH DFCM PROJECT #24204520 Project Description: See page 4 for description of Work. Construction Cost Estimate: $524,872.50 DFCM is entering into a Multi-Step Bidding Process for Construction Services. A short-listing of Contractors will be based on the evaluation of proposals submitted and the selection criteria outlined in the solicitation documents contained herein. Short-listed Contractors will be invited to submit bids on the project. The only Contractors allowed to bid on this project will be Contractors short-listed by the selection committee. All Contractors responding to this procurement must comply with and require all of their Subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah. The Multi-Step Bidding Process Request for Proposals documents will be available at 3:00 PM on Monday, February 5, 2024 on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website and can also be accessed via the DFCM website - Electronic Bidding providing the requirements and due dates and times of all proposals and bids, in addition to dates, times and locations of important events and meetings.
