Project Development Services Project Development Services-Four Small Structure Replacements and one Small Structure Pipe Lining in Jasper and White Counties.

The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Utility Coordination, Design Plans, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking), Title Research and Construction Phase Services. Tree clearing is also anticipated. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, if these work-types become necessary. INDOT will perform the Land Acquisition Services if they become necessary. The Hydraulic Analysis is complete. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP
