Those wishing to attend must submit the information listed below to SSgt Ross Bousema at ross.bousema@auab.afcent.af.mil and 379econs.services@auab.afcent.af.mil by 3:00PM Local Qatar Time 25 June 2021. While the site visit is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged that all interested parties attend to ensure understanding of the scope of the requirement.For Non-US citizens:Color copy of valid passportColor copy of valid QIDFor US citizens:Social Security NumberColor copy of valid passportCompany will need to process EEP (Exceptional Entry Permit) for access to Qatar**Passports and IDs must be valid through the entire site visit. Early submittal of required documents is encouraged to ensure

that provided documents will suffice to apply for base passes to attend the site visit. The Government will not accept any documents for base passes past 3:00PM Local Qatar Time 25 June 2021. Failure to provide valid documents by the required deadline will result in denial of access to the base for the site visit but will not disqualify offerors from providing a quote.Due to COVID-19 restrictions, only 2 members from each company may attend. The Government will not be liable for any costs incurred while attending this site visit. These costs include but are not limited to: travel, lodging, transportation, and food.Initial Questions: Questions must be submitted in writing to the 379 ECONS Services organizational email at 379econs. services@auab.afcent.af.mil by 3:00PM Local Qatar Time on 6 July 2021.
